Farm share subscription program (CSA)

Corona farm is offering farm shares for the 2008 season. Members will receive a bountiful box of the season's fresh-picked farm products every week, at a savings of 15% or more below retail. Shares are available for partial or full season, with choice of share size, and with an affordable delivery option.

A single share is $180 for 12 weeks ($15/week)

A double share is $360 for 12 weeks ($30/week).

Subscriptions are available for spring (April, May, June) summer (July, August, September) and fall (October, November, December).

FAQ's

  1. Does Corona Farm produce all the items in its CSA boxes?

We produce most of the items in our boxes, however, we will occasionally source some products (such as free range eggs) from other local organic farms to provide our customers with greater variety.

  2. Can I customize my order?

No, but we can accommodate special requests made at the beginning of the season due to dietary preferences (i.e."vegan,no eggs please!", or " allergic to brussel sprouts!")

  3. When do I pick up my share box/ does it get delivered?

CSA orders will be distributed on Fridays between 2pm and 6pm

  4. I am going to be out of town for a couple of weeks. Can I have some of my share go towards the next season?

Certainly. Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you will be unable to receive your share for that week. We will gladly move your shares forward to the next season.

  5. Are shares refundable?

Sorry, we are unable to refund shares. Allowances may be made for special circumstances, at our discretion.

  6. Must I be home in order to receive my share delivery? What about on hot days?

No, we can leave your share in a pre-arranged spot (let us know at the beginning of the season). We place shares inside insulated totes with freezer packs, so your veggies will stay cool and fresh for hours, even during the summer heat.

  7. Oops, I forgot to pick up my share on Friday! What can I do?

Please give us a courtesy call, and we will hold your share for 24 hours. Shares not picked up within 24 hours will have to be composted. We do not have sufficient cooler space to hold shares and maintain the high quality of the produce we want to share with you.
